room interior is old and not up to the mark images shared and actuals doesn't match.I changed my room as there are 3 lizards in it proper lighting is missing in the corridors and using old lock and keys so not 100% secure

Hotel situated near to rly station. Receiption and staff are good. The restaurant attached to the hotel run by the caterer is very, very bad.

Bad experience, please avoid. Rooms are dirty, bedsheets are dirty, dim lights, dead cockroaches in bathroom. However staff is very good and helpful. one of the staff went out of the way to help us get the medicine. Reception staff is also helpful. AC were powerful and nice. Dirty rooms

No staff available to entertain guest. Rooms are very unhygienic. Bathroom fittings are in not working condition. In fact, despite of making full payment in advance because of above-mentioned reasons I immediately shifted in another hotel. Further we cannot expect any refund from hotel.
