Pros:
-you will get it in range 2000-2500 per night. I visited in june month
-location is very near to new adventures kufri
-you will get a kitchen so can easily cook but don't forget to carry ur utensils for cooking
Cons: No hoarding with name mohit home stay..
-there are some work needed internally.. sofas were not clean and with broken pieces
-lights were not working properly and exhaust fan in bathroom makes too much sound
