Lachen was closed due to landslide and the sikkim authorities are not issuing permit to visit lachen and the hotel didn't provide any refund even after multiple requests attached with proof of landslide published my news channel and even the authorities order of not issuing of permits

avg hotel.Not professionally managed.Room is compact and bathroom has hot water.bedsheet, blanket and towel are not cleaned properly after checkout.no proper dining setup, 4 youngesters below 18 managing everything, reception to kitchen.they prepare food as per order.choose this as a last option, as most of the hotel at this remote location Lachen is like this only.but the price of the hotel room is quite high compared to facilities they provide.Refresh, Slip, Wakeup and Checked out

During our North Sikkim tour, reached Lachen on 17th May, 2022 in the evening. It was raining and there was no electricity since previous night. The property was very nice and the Supervisor manager Mr. Parveen Maheshwari was an excellent host. He provided us all kinds of support with candles, warm food and hospitality. For the next morning's trip to Gurudongmar Lake, he provided tea at 5.30 am and gave us chopped ginger to avoid vomiting which is very common. We took lunch on our way back and ...more

Very nice hotel in Lachen. Good rooms maintained with clean bed and linen. Good food, nice staff. If you are travelling with group, then please give your food order well in advance

Our stay was good. It was clean and food was also good. Only drawback is hot water... If there is no power, then there won't be hot water.

The hotel was nice and clean. Very courteous and cooperative staff. Much more than expected . Good food. Clean bathrooms. Cozy rooms.
