stay was average staff service is good and food,neatness all is good but in the room facilities can be little bit improve
because we choose premium room its look like normal room .only the space is more in premium room there is no other facility am noticed in this room. so that am little bit disappoint in stay🙂

located at the centre of the city easy access to the market and the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. 2 mins walking distance from the sunrise point

They say they are a 5 star property but I disagree with this claim. I paid for a room with poor air conditioning, fungus in the mini bar fridge, cashew nuts that gave me and my husband stomach ache. But the worst is, we checked in at 10.30 at night and had to carry our own luggage with 3 kids. On asking, the staff at the reception said, no at this time we don't have any help.
