there should be a provision for negative rating.The booking had no details of kids. I had to pay an extra amount of Rs. 1300/- at the reception for my kids.Totally worthless experience. Total waste of time. Very bad experience with customer executives. No Air conditioner Very cheap quality of electric fittings.Very old building, no lift Toilet is not well equipped. Waste of water for getting hot water. blanket cover can be seen in the picture.

Hotel monsoon is nearest point at center point at police chowk shilong, it's clean and higenic alongwith co-operative staff, minerals water available only which is chargeable. Only One water bottle was Free on same day for 2 guest.prise of hotel reasonable.

The room is very clean and the service is excellent. although the complementary food options were very limited but the taste wise is good. The food menu is very cheaper. The staff are very gentle and polite in behaviour.
