Worst experience....room service pathetic...ordered food in my room..Room service came after 2 hrs ....in morning buffet food counters got empty no one came again to refill it after saying lot of times...Reception staff is not able to give assistance..

I have visited many of the big chain hotels but this hotel little disappointed me. though it was a good hotel but I kinda didn't like it. if I say the pros of the hotel.. 1. Location is good2. Rooms are good as same as 3/4 star hotel3. amenities are good4. food are avarage not so good5. room service staffs are really nice n well behaved6. Hotel exterior is really good. This hotel turned out to be a hidden gem. Close to the airport, beautiful sprawling property and excellent service. As always, a neotia hospitality property never disappoints!

I stayed with my wife for an overnight visit. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. City centre is nearest to Hotel. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Staff are very helpful. Love the rooms. It was specious, decorated & clean. Bathroom kit Dental kit, & shaving kit were supplied properly.

One of my best stays, good food, great service, gym, swimming pool and a very comfortable stay. Will certainly recommend to others. Facilities provided such as Gym, Swimming, Basketball ground, Laundry.
