It was a wonderful stay at Moon Star Beach Resort, would love to visit again... The staffs, cleanliness, food quality and especially the pool ambience was just awesome

The property was amazing and value for money. The swimming pool was also very good. The food was absolutely amazing. Overall it was amazing and such a nice experience we had.

No sea view. Leakage in super deluxe room bathroom. Door locks were faulty.

Very good new hotel, though its not right in front of the sea beach but still a good location. The food was good but lacks variety, food was very tasty and not very expensive (considering how expensive other hotels charge). Only day the rice was a bit undercooked. The staff are very very well behaved and polite, They always listened to our requests and very sweet and helpful. However, we went on a very busy weekend and the hotel was a bit understaffed and that is why the service speed was quite ...more

The resort was very good in providing service. All staffs were serving with a smiling face. Food quality was very good. Improvement they should do is pest control . Proper mosquito treatment is required regularly. It would have been better if Room slippers were provided, along with liquid hand wash in the washroom. One hair dryer in the washroom would make this resort comparable to a 5 star one.
