Room and wash rooms are not well maintained, there are too much moisture on the wall, and that smells bad.. swimming pool is not there although it was shown on the booking site.. staff is very cooperative and helpful. Cafe food is also nice. And it’s beach front too..

it's not fancy, buts its clean and very very affordable, it's right on the beach, they have very limited staff but the guy was quiet helpful and friendly. the last stretch of road is a bit of a challenge, but I still liked the place. hence giving it a 5 star. just keep an expectation of 3.9 to 4.2 and you will be happy.

The bathroom had pee on the seat, the power and water kept going, at night only one 0 watt bulb was working because of some power issue. the dirty bathrooms and no power and no water troubles

Not worth at all, except location nothing is good, no in house restaurant, no proper parking.During our 3 nights of stay most of the time was wasted as there was no water in washroom. Also there were no one present from resort management just one care taker who is running the resort and doesn't pick your phone most of the time. Beach is dirty, place is not traceable, no restaurant, no AC, no TV , no pool, no garden. poor and low grade facilities. Only room with 4 walls, no other facility

worst experience i had ever.... in remote area... restaurant not working, dogs everywhere in premise, no hot water, no room service response... like living in jungle

hotel is very beautiful.. hotel so clean. 2 min walkable Morjim beach location is very nice..setting cafeteria enjoy morjim beach view.

very sad state of affairs at this property. the approach road is non existent and small . my SUV had difficulty getting through without a scratch. if another vehicle come from the opposite direction ...someone hasbto reverse! now the property when i landed forget the check-in the less said the better .. once in the room found the AC faulty, No TV as advertised. .. promptly their manager came and he seemed like a good guy.. he even got a parking space for my car at the opposite property and ...more
