Disappointing Experience This Time. Food Was Oily And Bad. Staff Behaviour Was Rude. No Wifi Was There Till Our Stay. Room Was Dirty With Cockroaches And Spiders In The Room. Made Us Wait For Half An Hour During Check In Time. Overcharged Us In The End Without Any Fault Of Us. Room Service And Amenities Were Bad. A Total Waste Of Money And Time And Bad Experience Of Staying There In The Resort. Poor

after booking a deluxe room manager not understand the voucher of booking. not provide Ac room.
After so many discussion provide Ac room but there is no tv working.
washroom smaily. bed sheet and cover not highjin.

Very poor service. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. The rooms are so dirty and dismal . They made us wait for 2 hours saying that the room is getting ready but basic mopping of the floor was also not done. The bathroom was highly unhygienic with a broken shower and no hot water. Never book this hotel hotel . It is highly overpriced based on how far it is from the main road and the poor state of the staff which is a sorry state of affairs.

Everything good except high charges. Early check in cost & bonfire cost was each 1000.00 i think it was high. I have taken these facilities on FOC in every hotel

Location, Amenities And Food Was Fantastic With Friendly And Caring Staff Especially Nirmal Ji, Who Was Really Nice, Kind, Supporting And Was A Great Person, Very Hardworking, Passionate About Pleasing Each And Every Guest With Equal Attention. Weather Was Cool And Morni Heights Resort Was A Great, Awesome Experience For Us And A Peaceful Place With Clean And Pure Air And A Home Away From Home For Me And My Teenage Boys Who Just Loved The Place, Food And Hospitality. A Memorable Experience Indeed. Hope To Visit Them Again Soon To Enjoy Nature

We stayed at this property for a night and must say it was very comfortable. The staff (especially Nirmal ji) was very cooperative and welcoming. The property is located at a very scenic area and the rooms open up to a great view. The food was exceptionally tasty and fresh. I will recommend this property if you are visiting Morni hills.
