Room was well maintained and in hygiene. Staff behavior is very rude and pathetic. We requested for a late checkout, after lot of explanation(due to Elderly Family members) & convincing they agreed and charged 500/- for just 1 hour extension.

No food facility inside Hotel, no intercom facility, Bathroom couldn't lock, wash Basin blocked- was not cleaned. Housekeeper did not clean room single time.

Horrible , no clean rooms , don't go for price and room pictures as shown in booking and review of customer, if you saw the bed it feels like used bed from few years not cleaned and washed , no proper service, tv also not working properly no paid and free channels, full of insects on bed , you can't even imagine to sleep on that bed , I just checked in at 10 am and checked out at 5pm just because of bad experience, I just booked another hotel and I moved , I don't recommend for family or anyone ...more

The hotel was under renovation and was very dirty and dusty. They should not have entertained the guests during renovation or given some discounts to the guests. Water bottles are not complementary, they will provide filter water, only after you ask for it.
I don't recommend this hotel for Families/ Couples while under renovation.

Hotel is near to railway station. Value for money, there are many restaurants near hotel and near to RK beach also.
