Deluxe rooms are big enough, bathroom is also spacious. But I saw maintenance is not done properly and restaurant service is not available full time. Behaviour of the staff is very good, so for next time this can be your stay in new digha.

room was ok.. but problem is that t.v was not warking.. a.c remote was not there, i asked several time to provide one towle and one extra bedsheet, they don't care..

The non ac rooms. There the ceiling fan is not placed at the bed side, so you will not get any air. Also the bathroom taps are malfunctions. Glass windows are not set properly so a gap remains b/w the glasses. Even the tube light is of warm colour, you can't see properly inside the room. Average experience with hotel MTM. While booking it was shown to me 1000 rs for non ac. I have find ac room with 2000 for 2 days and booked. now when I have gone through your bill details it's showing non ac. but I have checked thrice it was ac room. call me urgently.

Washrooms were very unclean and Insects were roaming around inside the room. Bed sheets were oil stained and rooms were smelling an unpleasant odour. TV was not working, picture tubes of TV's were damaged.
Washrooms were unhygienic and insects like worms were roaming around in the room.
