it's been the wonderful stay. good for family.. excellent clean rooms and bathroom. very good breakfast and dinner. better than the 4 star hotel.. and cost effective

excellent stay at Muktangan , initially I booked this place for 1 day only and planned to book some other hotel/homestay for next 2 days. but after visiting the property i had to change my mind, I mean the hospitality of the caretaker, cleanliness, spacious room , kitchen, parking space etc were much better than any 4 star hotel.

Amazing HomeStay it is. Well Furnished clean interiors, awsome food and peaceful environment what else is required. The service and the way they interacted with us was too good and polite. Would surely recommend everyone to stay here.

Muktangan is like a second home for me in the hills.Palatial rooms and my favourite is King room with balcony. Mukta Aunty is a great host and serves a range of breakfast which is so flavourful that it leaves the best eateries in Dehradun behind. The support staff is very helpful and place is ideally located in Jakhan just off the Rajpur Road.The property also has great views of mussorrie mountains with queens necklace being the highlight of the evenings. Highly recommend this place and once you stay here you will keep coming back for more.

It was an awesome experience ! I would recommend all serious travelers to book Muktangan without a second thought, if you're looking for a home away from home. Customized food per your choice. Direct access to the owner herself at all times. Close proximity to the bustling Rajpur road but a very peaceful and quiet environment.
