Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor, staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Mahabaleshwar.

I liked the staff very much, very friendly 🙂, n rooms very neat. partial view from room is very good, they have there own strawberry 🍓 farm, n they provide bonfire on chargeable basis. if they provide it for free, it will be great 👍. i will definitely stay here when I visit next time n i recommend my friends n family this hotel 🏨

First of all, when we entered the room, it was stained with muddy footprints including the washroom. The room was dirty too. Also, no geyser was available even if it was mentioned under the amenities available while booking. Imagine after a long day of exploration of the city, my wife, my 5 year old and I had to wait for around 15-20 minutes for the staff to bring us buckets of hot water.
