property location is nice.very big.the premium suite we were staying was very spacious with all basic ammenites.the swimming pool,outdoor playing field,gym ,indoor games were all great.food quality can be improved. we ordered chicken drum stick in which we found the chicken not be fresh.must have been frozen for long.fish starter which was supposed to be fresh also tasted somehow frozen.the locker in our room was kept locked .we could not use it leading to inconvenience. message was sent to hous ...more

1. Privacy and Security - The resort is under renovation with labours moving on their free will. The labours were using the guests balcony to move across. On being questioned even the security incharge was clueless. The front desk and the management were of little help and instead of looking into the matter acted ignorant and palmed off the responsibility.
