AC wasn’t working for the initial 4 hours whereas we were just there for 6 hours, after continuous 5-6 calls they turned on the AC

the rooms were dirtyall the bedsheets had stainscockroaches were thereac was not working properlywhen asked them to clean the room their staff said "online bookings pe itna dhyaan nhi dete hum"aisa hi aayegai was not aware that i can share my experienceit was a nightmare for me staying there for a night
