very nice hotel. good rooms but the restaurant is run separately and each meal had to be paid separately who h is s bit of a pain. the good is good though.

It was a good experience at Nachana Haveli. Roof Top restaurant is great. Little expensive though. Good view of Jaisalmer fort. Approach to the hotel is easy. Rooms are small size but overall clean. The royal family lives in one portion of haveli which is obviously closed to the guests.
Comfortable stay and helpful staff.

A very beautiful and well maintained place. Just that a little bit more alertness can be shown by the hotel staff like opening the water connections beforehand and checking for minor plumbing problems.
Other than that, a beautiful stay. A beautiful property. I would recommend this place 9/10 times.

Some rooms are good but some rooms are old and shabby. Needs maintenance. The food is not so good as reviewed by other customers. It's an old Haveli and Saffron restro didn't meet the expectations. Better to look for other options at this price range. Will get much better option. A 3 star rating for this Haveli.

A good place to experience Haveli / period living style. Staff is very helpful & courteous.
Haveli location is very central to all tourist places to visit in Jaisalmer.
