very small room… hotel in very small street… as vary hard to reach… no 24hrs running hot water, only 6 to 10am

don't book this hotel I will say they will not provide hot water ..they provide hot water only 7 am to 10 am. ..the old manager behaviour is very bad ...not good rooms as per the rate...

this is good but in very crowded area ..you can find many wonderful cotteges if you just search in this area in 1 km area.so I would suggest just stay 1 day Herr and then search outside within 1 km .you will find many cottege with good view and peaceful place .

Hotel was good....but no car parking...the bathroom gun was broken and inspite of requesting the management to change it nothing was done....you aren't allowed outside food

Conviniet location, ease of transport.

I want to minus points but option is not there so I have given 1*. Whatever amenities they have mentioned they are not fulfilling even though basic amenities also they are not fulfilling for example hot water if u will ask they will not provide you. only they will provide morning 6:00 am to 10:00am. Bar light, charging one only was there that also was damaged. I tottally recommend don, t book if u want to make your journey peaceful and memorable. If you will check in , you have use cold water ...more

I was so disappointed on the room service,The blanket in the room was not re- cleaned and the bathroom having foul smell which is reflected to the room the exhaust is not working .Still the room rent is so huge and wasted money.we don't recommend other to occupy this space feeling so pitty on the experience on here
