Pros:
The receptionist was calm and polite.
The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful in shifting our luggage, booking autos, and suggesting places to visit.
Cons:
The rooms were small. If you're planning to eat inside the room, it might be a bit inconvenient due to the limited space.
We had booked an AC room but received AC service only after a couple of hours. The staff mentioned there was a generator issue, which caused the delay. Since we arrived in the afternoon, we had to manage with just a fan for a while, which was a bit uncomfortable.
Overall:
A good stay!
