The rooms were nice and cost, also bathroom was clean.
And most importantly, Nandhu the Manager over there is superb, ready to help anytime and anyway he can.
Location, calm locality yet near to most of Fort Kochi's attractions .

that's really great and cheepest price, one night stay rupees 740 indian rupees, double bedroom, With AC, free wifi available, fort kochi beach only 800 meeter, and very beautiful location

Not a neat property. I don't recommend.
Pillow covers and bed covers not even cleaned and changed.
Not flexible on check in or check out.

Awesome people are maintaining the hotel. very good service. The location is peaceful and good restaurants like Kassa Kitchen, city lights , beach all are walkable distance. In both side the road connects to the main road.

Awesome stay! Excellent hospitality. Staffs were affable and welcoming. Worth for this price! Bathrooms were clean and tidy. They guided our group to each and every corner of fort kochi and told us what to do in the island place inaddition to their service. Check in and checkout was very easy just handing over the keys thats it. I pointed out an issue regarding the bulbs in the room. They rectified within one hour. Happy to share this review. Take this homestay and enjoy cochin to the limits.
