good location, discreetly clean, the room needs a bit of maintenance (see photo), no wifi in the room but only around the reception.

Room too small one person can manage. Room floor clean but all other things like sofa top, tv cables, table are dusty. Bathroom pail handle rusted . Toilet water flush gun holder missing. Just left on floor. Heater damaged. But the staff service and support good. Mr Tamilvaanan rectified possible issues.

it was the worst experience. there was no current the whole day. we are paying for all the facilities including current but we stayed at that residency without current. the fan regulator was not working . windows were not windows it was like a small door and it was in a damaged state . bed spreads was not clean .

the room is very pathetic. the blanket is torn and has holes. No dust bin in the room. there are cockroaches.

We got a room within a short booking time. After a bit of confusion, we were provided a room. The staff (Suresh , Paramasivam) were very cooperative and friendly. They cleaned the room for us before checking.Room was a A/C facility with minimum basic amenities. We were provided with additional mattress on request.Overall stay was peaceful. Would recommend this stay for a nominal price.
