I wish if there is an option of zero star rating.Pathetic rooms and useless services.Smelly rooms, Messy and Untidy Curtains.What we spent is not worth the cost od the room.I request hotel to at least meet the basic Facilities.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I had booked 3 rooms, and every single one was in terrible condition. There were spider webs across the walls, the curtains were filthy, dusty, and smelled awful. The bathrooms were unbearable – filled with the strong stench of cigarette smoke and absolutely unhygienic.
To make matters worse, there was no proper ventilation in any of the rooms. It felt completely suffocating. Despite calling the hotel beforehand to ensure the rooms were clean ...more

bad experience from the very starting . as soon as we entered it was a foul smell in the entire hotel . then we checked our rooms , they were dirty like hell , dust everywhere , stains on bedsheet , washrooms were like public toilets , stains on seat, walls of room like gutkha stains , it was a bad room , we already paid so did not had a choice but to stay but we checked out very next morning .

i orderd 4 times chicken, lemon ,butter ,tawa,and again lemon.all are veryy bad and its like detiorate i hope manager will improve this thing and not let it happen again
