We had a worst experience in the hotel as far as service is concerned. Very slow service. Total mismanagement. There is no intercom and they had given some number to dial which was half the times not in range. Cleanliness was a serious issue. TV didn't work even after the staff member tried to fix it. They even didn't turn the battery backup on after the power cut due to which we had to use cold water for a bath. Neven seen such worst service. Hotel location is good. Staff is very supportive. We were on family trip so Manager Mr. Sandesh provided us interconnected rooms. He and his wife arranged our anniversary dinner near swimming pool. Earlier day Mr. Aaryan arranged our dinner in party area where views were beautiful. Food was also very good.

worst service.....1 HR for tea & breakfast.....no tv.......Never try lemon tree or Chinese. worst place for stay. Do not go by infra of this place. No eateries nearby

very nice hotel, lovely mountain view. one should book rooms on 1st floor, which has better view. bhaje cave is about 850 metres from the hotel. washrooms are clean, all rooms have private balcony

Worst experience. Property is in outskirts of the city, not maintained properly. No one was their to attend the customer. Even after complaining about the issue in the bathroom, no one was bothered to attend. After reminding them , they started plumbing work at 10 pm when the guest was in the room. Food quality was pathetic. They started preparing breakfast at 9.30 am. when we asked for breakfast. They had only Poha and upma for breakfast. Overall experience was very bad. I personally don't recommend this hotel for stay.

hotel nature shield the food was worst people randomly smoking throwing buds the only thing that i liked about this place was that it is between the mountains so it's cool that's it.

please don't believe the previous 5 star ratings..it's just done probably for publicity. It's not worth what you spend for. Hair was found on the pillows..i had asked them to change the entire matress. rooms are not clean. also people smoke and drink even though the rule says against it. no one really checks what's happening...the next door guests were playing loud music until late into the night , for this we couldn't even contact the reception or.anyone. very poor service overall.wouldn't recommend at all find another better place.

Hotel is Good, but little bit far from city, Bedroom is clean, bathroom is big and clean, hot water facility is sink and shower. The swimming pool is clean.only one thing I didn't like is Veg Food. if you are vegetarian then don't choose this hotel. if you are non vegetarian then you can choose this hotel. in Games zone Pool Table is available so you can play. Hotel service is ok. Safety, Natural environment, Big Bathroom, nice Swimming pool

location was fabulous.. staff was also cooperative.... cleanliness was good...over all good experience... people who love to enjoy nature should definately visit this place...
