This hotel is just amazing. I stayed here for first time in November 2022 and since then I stayed here 3-4 times, and it never failed to deliver it's best services. The check-in and check-out experience was always very fast and smooth. Reception always greeted us and was very polite every time. This time they upgraded my room for free without even asking for it and gave me a premium room, which was so nice. The room was very spacious, neat and clean. This hotel is located just 2 minutes away from Awadh mall on main road. The reception was very polite and welcoming. They gave me an hour early check without asking a single question. It was really really nice. Room was very nice neat and clean. Room size was very good. Washroom and linen were very clean too. Although It's situated on main road but there was no traffic noise inside rooms. Rooms here are not noisy at all. For travellers like me who can sleep only in a noise free environment, this ...more
