Rear Mirror stand was Brocken. Bed side lamp was tilted. The worst part is, the kitchen people do not answer your calls if you need to order food and you're not allowed to have outside food as well.

Most pathetic experience..the staff were quit unprofessional and rude..it seems they have hired some less literate people not from Hotel Management background..they have no idea about the concept of hospitality which is the backbone of hotel industries. The person from the reception was treating us like we are staying for free and his attitude was like "you should be thankful that I am letting you stay at this hotel" He allotted us a standard room while we had booked Club Royal room and when we ...more

Location is fine , service ok but food quality really bad , they are using same gravy for diff items. Rooms are really small in size , i booked superior room but they offered me really small room ( deluxe instead of superior room) when i asked them to show deluxe they refused. Not recommended.
