I am hotel owner of hotel surya inn varanasi , stayed here 2 nights , find everything fine, budget friendly , near to bus stand , near to mall road . only few things housekeeping person can improve , just not to forget to put basic things in rooms like towel , water bottle etc. and rest of all the things are fine like reception staff are cool .

They have provided me this room and claimed that this is a dulex room.
But according to me this is a standard room with no exhaust fan in bathroom even.

it's a good option to stay, the issues staying here are.
1. it's 1km from mall road. you can get hotels with less price than this near mall road.
2. The rooms of this hotel are very cold.
The reason worth staying here is.
1. Hot water supply, full pressure hot water, which isn't in most of the manali hotels.

Pros: 1.Easy Access to Mall Road and opposite to Van Vihar.
2. 24hrs. Reception with Restaurant facilities. (Comparatively better pricing than outside restaurants)
3. 24 hrs mild hot water facility. Parking facilities.
4. Zomato/outside food allowed. Good for families.
5. Worth your money.
6. Room heater facilities available at extra cost.(Rs. 500/- per day)
Cons: 1.No dustbin and they are not even removing garbage from our room, Zero cleaning on a daily basis(Not even one time in my 5 days stay).
2. No Toiletries and just a single towel for 5 days.

Horrible, room are very old, stinky and very poor cleaning. bathroom is very unhygienic. Hotel Is Not Recommended At All

Room were stinking with weird smell.Bed sheet were dirty, pillows were dirty. No soap Nvr recommend
