hotel is located down side of hill, so need to take steps/stairs (very high steps) and not easy to go and come back. rooms are old style. bathroom are small and just basic, not as shown in picture. parking not available ( need to park in other private car parking-300/night)

When u was booking this i was a bit worried bcz there was all negative comments about the no of stairs to reach the hotel..but from one postive comment i took the risk and booked it and to my surprise it was all i wanted in the budget.. very easy to access via public transport and very pocket friendly.. though they do not have any kitchen in the stay but there's a-lot of local food shops nearby to have ur meals.. thank you for for hosting us. XOXO

room are average, but location is not good you have to step down 100-150 and No parking faculty.

the hotel was very dirty and there is no parking space the staff is very rude and have anger issues and we will have to go 300 stairs down and then 100 stairs up to reach the room and the way to hotel is very dirty and dangerous there are lots of monkey which were attacking the travellers and the bathroom have very pungent smell

new mahaveer is down below the road and only means to reach is stairs which is too tiring and its very difficult to reach the room along with luggage. dont ever dare to book such property and call first to find the exact location before finally booking

Hotel is in Ghat road with nearly 200;steps to enter the hotel. Not suitable for senior citizens. Once you book the hotel your money is gone to drains.

The best value for money stay in the whole of Shimla! If you are someone who prefers a decent stay with a great view and calmness away from the main road, then don't think twice. This is the place for you. There are 150 steps from the main road to this hotel which is just a 5 minute walk. Those who have difficulty in navigating steps can prefer some place else. The owner was super friendly and helpful too. I really loved the place to the fullest. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends...
