staff and owner was rude. they don't know how to behave with customers. ac was not working. as shown in room amenities electric kettle, water heater, not provided. the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. if there have negative rating i'll give them full negative rating.

White palace Hotel was horrible. There is no drinking water, bathroom was too dirty, bed was broken. They provide very ordinary kambal.

You can hire scooty, just next to the hotel, Rs. .../- for 24 hours, kalapathar beach is nearest to the hotel, approximately 4.5 KM., Radhanagar beach is 9.5 km, during day time huts are very hot but after 4pm it is pleasant, no need of AC, location is good

Should be maintained properly ..washroom should be properly cleaned.. Blanket should cleaned

easy to locate near airport, any time you can get transport services.., like auto taxi uber Ola, hotel staff is cooperative with customer, and following very strict procedure, bed sheet pillow cover, bathroom are neat n clean over all worth for the price.

pathetic room and pathetic services.no value for money.very dirty bathroom.no water even.never ever visit this hotel.kolkats's worse hotel. no phone connectivity, no water.very dirty.waste of money

Homely atmosphere,stats are very well behaved, they are improving, some furnishing are needed,and they are working on it.I want to stay there again in future.
