Nice Hotel for Solo traveler very neat and clean value for money. Just 2 mins walk from Boribali East. Friendly and Supporting staff.

the rooms are clean even common bathroom is very clean and maintained.

1. no tv in the room.
2. partition between room not permanent, hence one person talking in other room can be heard. this is a issue while we are resting
3. staff not polite
4. the reception sit out area stinks as there is shoe rake there.
5. excessive use glass in the room
6. staff keeps on yelling on each other

I liked all caretakers, especially Pankaj. He is one of the coolest guys there. He provides personal attention for every guest. I also liked the customer centric nature of Raees, Paul and Kamlesh sirs. I will come again. The place is healthy and clean. Everything is win-win here. God bless them all, and I wish them a remarkable success in their journey.

Good for single Business visitors basic. Rooms are neat and clean. Walking distance from Borivali East Rallway Station.

It was not a scenic spot to take photos. AC was allowed between 9.30pm to 6.30 am. It was horrible to stay in day time due to heavy humid weather of Borivali without AC or airy rooms. You were sweating all the time in absence of AC. Ofcourse some positive points were the newly built accommodation and bathrooms. It is better they should charge little more and provide AC facilities.

it was avg hotel as rooms were clean but very compact like match box.
No ventilation.
The bathrooms were okok and few people smoked openly in the bathroom.
it looks like hotel guys are not taking any action.
There were no common area for laptop work or seating for office work like other dormitories.
good part is location very near to station.
