Room was sub par with dirty bedding, sheets and curtains. The sheets had ink marking all over and bathroom curtains had stains. Windows, doors and mirrors were not clean at all. Overall not recommended for an extended stay

The room is not good for a family or couple. It’s too small and the bed and sofa is fully token and not good as a quality

It's a small hotel, indeed.
Received a warm welcome.
The room was getting by the time we arrived.
Cleanliness is not upto the level of expectation for the money paid and the star hotel ratings(it's has been mentioned as a 3 star hotel- I don't know why!!).
Washroom was with a poor hygiene with leaking drainage hoses and very small. The foul smell in the washroom was accompanied with the absence of freshner!
The bed and bath linen we're not cleaned properly.
TV was not working after sometimes. ...more

Check in and check out time needs to be flexible. It is highly inconveinent for people to check in and check out at 12 PM.
Extra charges for early check in or late check out is unfair. Prorata rates for extra time is fine.

The washroom in the room had an offensive smell, rooms weren't cleaned properly, gave us the room key after 15-30 mins of waiting, and did not give us time to even vacate the room

Alloted room was smelling bad and was given a different room on request. Bathroom size is pitiably small. Complimentary breakfast was OK.

Really loved the rooms. As amenities they should atleast provide 1 water-bottle per day.
