we are having a great time at nivaant holidays cottage. it's a really quaint place. the family room is excellent in every aspect. food is very good. for some food choices might be limited but for a homestay, it is excellent both in terms of taste and quantity. prices are not a rip-off, so that is refreshing. the owner is personally present to oversee everything, particularly the food. i would recommend this place. and we will surely visit again!

It was a great stay and very good hospitality. The food they serve is also amazing. The room and bathroom were clean and they also have a garden area full of greenery.

if one wants to get away from the busy city schedule and have a peaceful vacation, Nivaant holidays is the perfect place. it is situated 5/7 minutes walk from Taal beach. Quality of food is very good, but don't expect a lot of variety but decent enough for a family.

Well maintained and good stay. The management is very nice and hospitality was top notch. It's a home stay so ofcourse need to keep expectations accordingly but really great management and nice behaviour make up for it. Would recommend this for sure.
