they don't provide HOT WATER...... They depend on Solar........ and there is no sun in hills we all know........ you can't bathe

This Hotel is totally run down properly and badly needs maintenance. Room had broken table glass, broken curtain hooks, broken wall lamps and lot more. we asked immediately to change the room. when asked why hot water is not available we got the answer that hot water available only 9.00 to 11.00 am. We scolded them is it a hotel or a Dharmashala and we want to cancel our booking then they started hot water. Guys don't go just for view and waste you money. just check the kind of towels we got. Though the rooms are big in size and balconies are huge with a view, its a bad experience.

rooms are good and luxurious. gallery is big. outside views of dhom's lake, mountains and valley from gallery is mind blowing.

Lift was not working, Really inconvenient. Room was big with a good valley view. No toiletries were provided.
