we didn't take any photographs.. room service is very bad.. there is no soapcase in bathrooms .. shower not working...ac and tv remotes is chargeless🤷♀️

somebody try to open my door in midnight. there is no privacy in this hotel. not cleaned properly. everywhere is full of dust and stain. staff are not hospitable.

It's unfortunate that hotel at such a great location has such terrible service. The rooms are not cleaned as they are short staffed, full of small cockroaches, leaking pipes, dirty linen, torn and dirty curtains, pathetic breakfast, terrible attitude of staff. The earlier reviews spoke the same language but i thought maybe they have worked through their problems, but no, they are still the same. The charges are not low as other homestays around have better options. I did speak to the owner about this and i hope he makes amends. Otherwise a complete waste of money.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, with a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. To make things worse, I found cockroaches in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. It's clear that proper hygiene and cleanliness are not being prioritized. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.
