worst hotel with no basic amenities.1. The location is not good.2.poor service3. not worth 4.in one room we have taken. damped or seepage is there in the wall.5. The restaurant's is also not good.it's better to avoid this hotel at any cost.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nook Residency in Ooty, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and friendly nature set the tone for a wonderful stay.

it was a wonderful stay. rooms and bathroom were very clean with all facilities.the owner mr. sibu koshy is a soft spoken and helpful person. he arranges for ooty sight seeing if you desire.he arranged healthy and delicious food for us as we desired. the food in his restaurant was best as compared to other restaurants. a2b restaurant is worst.mr. rishad is very jovial, kind and helpful. mr.yesudas the cook is also very jovial and a wonderful cook. overall our experience was very very nice. would recommend you all to stay here. would love to visit ooty again.

Couple Friendly hotel!! Even in less space the hotel room had all amenities in place that luxury hotel will have. Pros: it has its own hotel and room service and it's near to bus stand as well. The care takers were well behaved and helpful.
