I had the misfortune of booking with The Bombay Home company and my experience was an unmitigated disaster. The property I booked was a dump, infested with ants everywhere - kitchen, bed, and even after changing the bedsheets, they reappeared within minutes. The cleanliness was non-existent, with hair-covered bedsheets, dust, and trash under the bed.
