I booked AC room.AC was not working in the room.The water heater was not working.I got old bed and bed sheet.The shower in the bathroom was not working.The toilet flush did not work

The room was really dirty that they didnt even clean the room properly before they gave it to me. They didnt even change the bathroom door mat which was almost black in colour coz of dirt. Room was too small withnit even a cloth hanger. There was no tv as mentioned.One staff in reception was good and the other one was not at all pleasant. The only one benefit is its location. it is located very near to north railway station.
NB : You will get better rooms in same price range near to north railway station. kindly don't get cheated.

Rooms are very small, not recommending for family .near to North railway station , walkable distance only.

my bad experience in staying in hotels. It doesn't even look or feel like a hotel, just like a lodge you get for 300 rs. The room was stinking with odours from pungent room freshners and old clothes. The pillows were dirty with brown stains and was covered in blue ujala patches. the bedsheet they gave us as "blankets" were torn, and so old with faded prints. no toiletries or whatsoever. The AC wasn't functioning properly. the lock was malfunctioning. I'll never ever stay in this hotel, even if they let me stay for free. no thank you.
