Location is average and out of town, staff is humble and disciplined but food service is slow specially at early meal hours

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and helpful, and the location was perfect. Great value for money, would definitely come back!

This hotel as it was newly build so I was doubting if I should book or not but then I decided to book it to give it a try. They service was exceptional whether in room cleaning to dining. even their in house dining was not that expensive compared to other hotel in same price range. Their food quality was amazing especially their Sandwich, chicken kosha I loved the most. Rest of the food were also quite delicious. Would recommend anyone if they want to stay near airport.

There was a delay in the services, had to remind multiple times. Restaurant did not have most of the items which were on the menu. Only advantage was that hotel is very near to the airport.

First thing First this was my second visit at Northin Hotel. First time when i stayed here the facilities was top notch. But unfortunately this this i am disappointed with thr facilities and the service as well. First of all there smart TV was not working I don't know if its only my room problem or its for all the rooms. I personally liked this place just because of their smart TV installation in hotel. I visit Kolkata twice in a year but this year I got a very good experience and changed my mindset of hotel's in Kolkata in terms of everything be it Ambience Food Service overall hospitality Just to say Keep it up and maintain the same I'm coming soon and to add u r housekeeping person name badal such polite guy good his work very sincerely I think NORTHIN requires people like to go higher overall all the staff was helpful Thanks 👍
