This is the best hotel of kolkata,,, staff behavior are very friendly and also room service is superb.

Very good hotel. Good location . Amenties has been provided. Clean and spacious. I liked my stay. Restaurant food was tasty and healthy

Pathetic checkin experince. Was given a smoking room and then took ages to get it changed. Service in resturant is next level sham. Overall a black dot on novotel properties
