Over all nice experience , room was good but sofa in room was below standard of hotel. Food was very good . Duty manager did not pick call inspite of repeated calls , sent message I am with customer will call back but did not call back . That is not good.

It didn’t meet the expectations at all. They just don’t care about the customer service. A bathrobe asked was bought to us after an hour. The air conditioner was not working and they literally took so long to resolve the issue. After an hour and multiple reminders,they said our room will be changed and to get packed for the same. They gave us the room key after almost 2hours. Our sunset was missed and we were just waiting for them to come and give us another room. They don’t answer the in room service calls. After paying for one night stay this is the experience we have.

Worst stay ever! Wish I had booked some cheap hotel They had the worst service ever. The AC didn't work, the fridge didn't work. the technicians spent 4-5 hours in my room, came and went atleast 8 times. they replaced the fridge 3 times and blamed the sun for ac not working properly. I literally just asked them to keep my 3 bottles in their restaurant fridge and they wouldn't do that and instead send technicians to ruin my stay.At the end, they did take the bottles to their own fridge. Overall, very slow and undertrained staff. Had to wait 15 min to check-out.
The pipe in bathroom was leaking and the same review was posted on google.
