When reached hotel for check in the person at the reception started making calls to somebody to ask which room to give as they had overbooked. They asked me to go in one room (room 106) and freshen up and they said they will change room shortly. The room was filthy. When complained they sprayed some fragrance in it. After some time when i asked about the room change they said the room was fine and asked me to stay in the same room.

pathetic hotel unclean rooms flush not working
koi sunta nahi h kuch bhi bolo bolege hamare pass room nahi h change krne ke liye behaviour rude h Manager ka pehle room diya usme Pani bhar gaya dobara room diya usne flush nahi chal Raha h bathroom ki condition bahut hi gandi ki jane ka man na kare worst experience ever total this property 😡😡😡😡😡

Delightful experience! The restaurant was a culinary masterpiece, and the spa was a peaceful retreat. The service was impeccable, and the staff made sure I felt completely at ease throughout my stay.
