One of the poor service i had see in my life really guys i have booked a room when i reached the hotel they demanded 400rps extra above booking charges. They said book in cheap price so they demand extra money and said to me talk to.Guys how its possible to handle this situation at 11pm night so i gave 400 rps extra for room beacuse i have any option.Poor cleaning.Bed sheet not changed.Taps not working Gyser not working.

ac is not working when i complaint than he answer me that ""when mechanic is come than it is repair. i didn't think so i am in charge or guest ??hotel staff behaviour was worst and so pathetic.
