Worst hotel I have checked in my entire travelling sessions combined. The staff members were the worst in behaviour and they will try their best to destroy your holiday and will never take any responsibility for that. There are no toiletries available, I've booked this hotel with complimentary breakfast but to my horror they refused to provide breakfast. Staff was not cooperating and they don't help you out with your baggage.

horrible night ..worst bed ...extreme cold..no hot water...never visit on Sunday..poor quality of rooms..it's cheap but worst..

The location is good and the place was clean, although not beautiful. breakfast could have been a little better. overall, a nice place place to stay at.

Had a very good stay here. The rooms were squeaky clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was food. They don't have their own restaurant. Food can be ordered from another restaurant and menu was provided from the hotel. We ordered dinner which was supposed to arrive at 9.30 pm. But it arrived at 11.45 pm. Moreover, it was bandh everywhere so other options for food were also closed by 9 pm. So beware of this restaurant. Even the ...more

Have to say that this has been ONE OF THE BEST hotel I've booked soo far with value far more than money.Especially when in Shillong,I was looking for a hotel with peaceful surroundings, comfortable rooms and neat amenities and this hotel has it all. Even the staff have been soo welcoming and helpful. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED . it was a overall comfortable stay at a peaceful ambience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROPERTY IN SHILLONG.. It's really makes you feel soo homely, with beautiful rooms and clean bathrooms, delicious breakfast and such a helpful staff who are there to help you anytime. Be it family, friends or with any loved one, this is the place to stay in shillong for a overall 5star vacation. Will definitely book here when I come again.
