The room I booked was inadequate for 3 adults and ultimately I paid ₹300 extra to change the room. This should have been informed in advance. Secondly, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room due to which we couldn't even sleep properly. when asked for a mosquito repellent we were told that it is unavailable and they have never received any such complaint ever, which was clearly a lie. The room and washroom were sufficiently spacious and clean. Location was also good but the issue is service which needs to be looked into very seriously. Hot water for bath was also an issue. they use solar panels for that, which doesn't work in the morning hours during winter. If they rectify the issues mentioned, it will be ideal place to stay. Though the young guy Subhendu who handles every thing was very cooperative.

Actually wanted to give 0 stars but that option is not available. It is under renovation when I checked in. I called and requested to change the property but they didn't. Today I came back to hotel after a hectic day at 6 pm and found that there is no electricity in the hotel when I contacted them they assured me that it will come soon. It is 9 pm and I am still standing outside the hotel and waiting for the electricity.

It's a good hotel. I recommend everyone to book this hotel as it's very convenient to reach.Well furnished, cleanliness always maintained.You can ordered food from outside as well as from hotel also.staffs are very good while treating anyone.

The electric sockets are of poor quality, non of the sockets work, i need to change room for that. The room are extremely small, the room is slightly bigger than the size of the bed. The water leaks from the front grill of the AC dropping directly on the head.
