I had booked 3 rooms for the same price, but in two rooms geyser were missing and in the room where geyser was present, Ac was not working.
So be assured that something or the other will be missing even if you the full amount. No lift in the premised so may need to go by stairs all the way up to 4th floor if they allot a room to you over there. They don't have their own restaurant and even if you order food from outside they wont provide any cutlery to you, so you need to see for yourself.
