wants extra money for booking. they told cost is less. owner or manager who is seating on the reception, very bad in nature. behaviour is very rude. please not to stay here, better booking another hotel .

I reached at Hotel Dhruv In at 00:30 A.M on 06.08.22. The hotel was closed. When I called manager then he told me that hotel was closed at 11:00 P.M. So I returned back to station & took another hotel @1200/- per night. Hence my experience is very painful.
