Firstly they declined after they demand extra money but when I given complaint to Oyo costomer service it provides roomIf anyone want book this hotel don't pay pay at hotel place Hotel Wall are not clean

here is my experience.
1. Receptionist should maintain professional decoram so that customers should not feel uncomfortable.
2. Toilet, Room, bedsheet were not cleaned; Basic things like towel, soap was also not provided.
3. TV is also not available in the room.
4. Please make your customers experience better rather worse.
