Good management. Clean and friendly. We were served hot tea on arrival. The hotel staff also arraged for out pass. We got extra blankets on request. Also running hot always in bathrooms. The staff was very friendly.

Service was a tad bit laid back. First room allocated had a dingy odour. Upon request, a better secondary room was provided. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated. Bathrooms are clean. Wifi is spotty as usual (can't expect anything better at Leh). Beds were comfy with decent bounce. Mattress depth of 6-7 inches. Sleep experience - 9/10. TV had very limited channels for viewing. Two 3 pin charging sockets. Hotel located notable distance from the main market.

Was difficult to locate this property, on Google Map the location was traced but lead us else where. Thank fully our cab driver had some connects and was successful to let us reach at right place. Considering this is an OYO property, we could not get direct hotel number.. And on calling OYO it would not direct us to this booking. Hence difficult to get directions from the source. After reaching the property, everything went smooth.
