The worst hotel ive stayed in till date . Even though booking getting confirmed the manager and owner denied our booking After that we have to make a seperate walk in booking and even though the manager and service staff was very rude They wanted you to pay everytime you order something The tea costed us -100 for 2 peoplethe hotel owner ive paid twice for this worst experience

Breakfast denied by manager stating kitchen starts at 12 pm . Kettel not available In room and denied when asked . Calls was made for more than 20 times for hot water but no response
