horrible experience.the manager of the hotel taken 300 extra for the room & they told that is the charge for only 4 hours. there is no option of cancellation.i never ever will book the hotel.very pathetic experience

Initially the staff was not ready to allow check in.....then somehow allowed in a room near reception.
Though the fare included breakfast n late check out was allowed for 2 hours....1 bun was given for breakfast and 600 rs cash taken for late check out.
Requesting compensation for the same
