rooms r not clean, restaurant itself not there we have paid for breakfast while booking but breakfast is not there. Washrooms r not neat and clean

broken mug at bathroom, broken window glass at bed room, slit pillow cover, dirty bathroom floor and common area floor made my stay horrible

The rooms are on the 4th Floor. There is no Lift. There is only one person at the reception who got one bag and asked us to get another.There is no proper parking, one can park outside shops which open at 7 am. No wifi available. The room alloted to us did not have a key, we had to change. Bathroom knob broken. Poor service, very inconvenient.

worst experience ever . Very concise rooms with no view as shown in the pics . please don't book this stay at all . We have been charged Rs. 7600 and it's not even worth Rs. 500

*On 4th floor and no lift. Carry your luggage on own. *Charged for breakfast but served only toast and tea. *Only 1 staff to handle and very old with no authority. *Old washrooms with leakages and rooms with fungus. Worst experience of life, never go

the hotel owner, manager behaved very impolitely. no lift gave the room on the 5th floor.

very bad experience.whenever I booked this hotel that time I booked it along with breakfast but after reaching at hotel, they totally denied the services which are already mentioned in goibibo .room is very dirty and as per delux room it's not the too large as I have seen 😡after all those things very bad experience
