I am sorry to say and very upset, that even after booking the hotel one and a half months back and also paying the full amt. till the time I reached the hotel, the manager said the hotel is full and your booking is not showing in our records.
Also I had talked with your customer care on a number of occasions for which I had spent about two hundred and fifty rupees plus the mental agony I had to face being a senior citizen .
I will have to think twice or recommend to my friends booking through you.

this is pathetic hotel and pathetic service. they are showing something else in pics and real pics are totally different. staff is rude and not ready to change the pillow cover, cleaning not done, heater is not working and saying "itne me itna hi milega" I would suggest not to book this hotel

the hotel was closed and had to book another hotel which was a sheer harassment 11.30 pm in winters - why are you taking booking for closed hotels

The hotel manager straight away refused that he has no booking information when we reached hotel at 9.30 pm.
He has all room booked and provided us room 207 which was damp with no television connection.
My booking includes breakfast but the manager refused to provide it before 9.30 am giving chef availability

There was no room service.
No hot water.
Even he refused to give my paid breakfast.
No TV.
In morning after waiting one hour I shifted my room then take bath.
When I entered in hotel he says we not given non ac room in this price so how can give you breakfast.
Refused to give bath kit.
